Clearing Cookies, Temp Files, & History
Internet Explorer
Go to "Tools" at top of page
Then click "Internet Options"
Then click "Delete Cookies" and "OK"
Then click "Delete Files" and check "Delete
Offline Content" and "OK"
Then click "Clear History" and "Yes"
